$19-$21/hour

Position Summary:
Finzer Roller is seeking a detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This role is responsible for inspecting, finishing, and preparing metal rolls to meet quality standards. The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, enjoys hands-on work, and takes pride in producing high-quality products.
Key Responsibilities:
Inspect metal rolls for defects and perform finishing work as needed Operate hand tools, grinders, polishers, and other finishing equipment Perform sanding, buffing, cleaning, and surface preparation tasks Follow safety, quality, and production standards Maintain accurate records and keep work areas organized Work with production and quality teams to resolve issues
Qualifications:
Manufacturing experience preferred Ability to safely use hand and power tools Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
Schedule:
Full-time Pay:
$19-$21/hour based on experience
Pay:
$19.00 - $21.00 per hour
