Service Department Set-Up Technician The Set-up Technician's main responsibilities include the setting up of new office products (copiers/printers). The up keep of the Service Loaner and Rental pool of office equipment. Clean and maintain the warehouse, keeping it in an organized, safe and professional working environment. • High attention to detail, with a proven ability to read and understand written instructions
• Skilled with small tools such as pliers, screw drivers and snippers
• Working well autonomously Extra Awesome High School Diploma
• Required Technically and mechanically inclined
• Required 2 years of customer service experience
• Required 1 year of copier/printer/computer repair
• Required A+, Net+ (desired) Stable work history
