Specific responsibilities will include:

Reads and understands work orders to determine parts to be produced. Measures ingredients for urethane mixing to ensure conformance to requirements. Understands urethane families and tests materials to comply with specifications. Uses and monitors machinery to mix ingredients. Understands how to use and troubleshoot equipment. Cleans, finishes and lubricates molds and mold parts. Pours urethane and other materials into molds. Maintains machinery and work area to expected cleanliness standards. Loads filled molds into ovens. Operates and adjusts controls of heating equipment to cure molds. Demolds finished parts. Examines materials, ingredients, or products to ensure conformance to established standards. Qualified candidates will have machine operation experience. Experience with urethane or plastic molding or weighing and mixing ingredients preferred. Pay:
