Duties Assemble stem cell components accurately according to detailed work instructions and safety protocols Inspect parts and assemblies for defects or inconsistencies, ensuring quality control at every stage Operate specialized tools and equipment safely and efficiently during the assembly process Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency throughout shifts Document assembly processes, observations, and any issues encountered in proper logs Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot assembly challenges and improve procedures Follow all safety guidelines and participate in ongoing training sessions to stay current on best practices Skills Strong attention to detail with excellent manual dexterity for precise assembly tasks Ability to follow detailed instructions meticulously while maintaining high-quality standards Good communication skills to effectively collaborate within a team environment Basic understanding of laboratory or cleanroom protocols is preferred but not required Willingness to learn new skills quickly in a fast-paced setting Prior experience in assembly, manufacturing, or laboratory environments is a plus but not mandatory Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks with consistency Embark on a rewarding career path where your contributions directly support groundbreaking scientific research!
