In this role, you won't just do one thing, you'll do everything. From precision cutting and grinding to assembling our signature aluminum tables and unloading raw materials, you are the "glue" that keeps our fabrication floor moving. Key Responsibilities Fabrication & Machining:

Accurately drill, cut, grind, and sand aluminum components to meet production specs.

Machine Operation:

Operate rolling machines, taper machines, and (when needed) assist with laser welding.

Precision Assembly:

Install rivet nuts, bolt together furniture frames, and assemble full table sets with a focus on structural integrity.

Material Handling:

Move raw aluminum stock throughout the shop, assist in unloading delivery trucks, and keep workstations stocked.

Quality Control:

Maintain a "sharp eye" for errors. You must be able to recognize defects in material or assembly before the product moves to the next stage.

Maintenance:

Assist in keeping the shop floor clean, organized, and safe. Collaborate with team members on tasks when necessary to meet project deadlines. Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment dedicated to quality craftsmanship. Required Skills & Qualifications Must have experience with hand tools, power tools and measuring tape. The "Tape Measure Test": Must be able to read a tape measure with 100% accuracy (fractions/decimals). Fluent in both English and Spanish to communicate effectively with the entire team.

Tool Fluency:

Comfortable using power tools (drills, grinders, sanders) and heavy machinery.

Physical Stamina:

Ability to lift to 50 lbs., stand for long periods, and work in a fast-paced shop environment.

Technical Literacy:

Ability to read basic shop drawings or blueprints.

Detail-Oriented:
