In this role, you will be responsible for preparing products for shipment by carefully packaging items according to specified standards and procedures. Your energetic approach will ensure that products are securely packed, labeled accurately, and ready for distribution. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to efficient production workflows while maintaining high quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Assemble, package, and label products following established packaging protocols and specifications Operate hand tools and mechanical equipment to facilitate efficient packaging processes Ensure all packaged items meet quality standards, including proper sealing, labeling, and inspection for damages or defects Use forklifts and warehouse equipment safely to move materials within the production area Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging station to promote a safe working environment Follow FDA regulations, CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices), and other compliance standards during packaging activities Assist in inventory management by documenting packaged items and updating tracking records accurately Requirements Basic mechanical knowledge with experience using hand tools and assembly techniques Familiarity with packaging processes within a manufacturing environment Knowledge of FDA regulations and CGMP guidelines relevant to product packaging Ability to operate forklifts safely; forklift certification is preferred Previous warehouse or manufacturing experience is highly desirable Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills Ability to stand, lift, and perform physical tasks for extended periods of time Join our team as a Packager and be part of a dynamic environment where your skills contribute directly to delivering quality products.
