Job Description
Job Summary Join our dynamic warehouse team as a Warehouse Picker, where your energy and precision will drive our order fulfillment process. In this vital role, you will be responsible for accurately selecting and preparing products for shipment, ensuring that every order is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will contribute to seamless warehouse operations, supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities Utilize RF scanners and warehouse management systems to accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment Operate heavy equipment such as CHERRY PICKER, forklifts, pallet jacks, and other mechanical tools safely and efficiently Conduct stock picking, stocking, and inventory replenishment tasks to maintain optimal warehouse flow Handle materials with care during loading, unloading, and transportation within the warehouse environment Perform quality control checks on picked items to ensure order accuracy and product integrity Assist with shipping & receiving activities, including verifying shipments and updating inventory records Support warehouse distribution processes by organizing products for efficient storage and dispatch Requirements Proven experience in warehouse operations, including picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and materials handling Ability to operate heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners with proper certification preferred Strong mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment operation and maintenance Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) or similar software platforms Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and load & unload items regularly throughout shifts Prior warehouse supervisor experience is a plus for those interested in leadership opportunities Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality control and safety protocols Join us as a Warehouse Picker and become an essential part of a fast-paced environment where your skills make a real impact!
