  • Manufacturing Operator We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Operator to join a fast-paced pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.
The Manufacturing Operator will be responsible for operating production equipment, following batch records, and ensuring all products meet strict quality and compliance standards. This Manufacturing Operator role is ideal for candidates with experience in regulated environments or those looking to grow within the pharmaceutical industry. Minimum Qualifications
  • Manufacturing Operator Previous manufacturing or pharmaceutical experience preferred Must be able to pass a drug test and background check (required) Ability to work in a regulated, GMP environment Strong attention to detail and quality standards Ability to follow batch records, SOPs, and documentation procedures Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Key Responsibilities•Manufacturing OperatorProduction Operations•Manufacturing Operator Operate pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently Follow batch records, SOPs, and detailed production instructions Accurately weigh, measure, and process materials per specifications Ensure all production steps are completed according to guidelines GMP Compliance & Documentation•Manufacturing Operator Follow all cGMP, FDA, and company compliance standards Complete and maintain accurate production documentation Ensure proper line clearance and documentation accuracy Adhere to strict cleanliness and contamination control procedures Quality Control•Manufacturing Operator Perform in-process checks to ensure product quality and consistency Identify and report deviations, defects, or non-conformances Work closely with Quality Assurance teams to maintain standards Safety & Sanitation•Manufacturing Operator Maintain a clean and organized production environment Follow all safety, PPE, and sanitation requirements Assist with equipment cleaning and changeovers as required Team Support•Manufacturing Operator Collaborate with supervisors, QA, and production teams Support daily production targets and operational goals Assist in other production areas as needed Why Join as a Manufacturing Operator This Manufacturing Operator position offers the opportunity to work in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment with strong growth potential.
