Employment Solutions is seeking reliable Machine Operator/Sanitation Personnel for a nutraceutical manufacturing company in the Miramar area. We are looking for dedicated candidates with strong attention to detail who can maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety in a regulated production environment. Summary Sanitation Personnel are responsible for ensuring the cleanliness and sanitation of the manufacturing facility and equipment. This role involves routine cleaning and sanitizing, daily inspections, and strict adherence to safety and regulatory protocols. This position is critical to maintaining a safe environment for both employees and products.

Essential Functions Conduct thorough cleaning and sanitizing of all manufacturing facilities and equipment in a timely manner according to company, state, and federal regulations. Clean and sanitize production, packaging, storage areas, and equipment daily following
USDA, FDA, NFI
SOPs, GMPs, and company policies. Perform daily inspections of assigned areas and equipment. Complete all required sanitation documentation and paperwork accurately and on time. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized working environment at all times. Adjust daily work schedules as needed to meet sanitation requirements. Participate in training and follow all established procedures. Perform additional duties as assigned by the Maintenance & Operations Manager. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. English & Spanish is required. Minimum 1 year of experience in a GMP production environment. Knowledge of chemicals used in sanitation processes. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, maintenance manuals, and government regulations. Ability to complete routine reports and documentation. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. No allergies and be able to work around vitamins, minerals, herbs, and over-the-counter products. Ability to tolerate odors, noise, and stand for extended periods of time.
