Job Description

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Embroidery Machine Operator / Apparel Decorator to join our growing team. This position is responsible for operating embroidery equipment, preparing garments, and helping produce high-quality decorated apparel for our customers.
Responsibilities:
Operate multiple industrial Tajima embroidery machines. Hoop garments and prepare orders for production. Read and follow work orders accurately. Perform quality checks on finished apparel. Assist with other apparel decoration processes as needed (heat press, DTF, screen printing, etc.). Maintain clean and organized work areas. Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
Qualifications:
Embroidery or apparel decorating experience required. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Reliable attendance and positive attitude. Basic computer skills are helpful. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift boxes/apparel when needed.
