Summary:
The Conventions Services Set-Up Attendant is responsible for the setup and tear down of all materials and equipment for conventions and events in meeting spaces.
Responsibilities:
Communicate with the supervisor throughout the shift to be aware of the work. Set up all meeting rooms to the specifications of the guest in accordance to BEO. Supply and replenish meeting rooms with clean glass and fresh water. Break down all meeting rooms where meetings have concluded and return to the storage closet. Comply with attendance rules and be available to work regularly. Maintain an established cleaning schedule of meeting rooms and ballrooms so the rooms always stay presentable. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications:
Ability to lift- up to 50 lbs. consistently and 100 lbs. infrequently. Ability to stand and walk for long periods. Must be able to legally work in the USA. Education and Certification(s)/License(s): High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Discover Life at
