Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Folder to join our production team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process, ensuring that materials are accurately folded and prepared for further processing. This position requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to operate various machinery, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities Operate folding machines to accurately fold materials according to specifications. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and production timelines. Monitor machine operations and perform basic troubleshooting as needed. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area to promote safety and efficiency. Assist in packaging finished products for shipment or storage. Participate in quality control checks to ensure all folded materials meet company standards. Utilize forklifts as necessary for moving materials within the production area. Qualifications Experience in machining or prepress environments is preferred. Familiarity with folding machines and related equipment is a plus. Ability to fabricate components as needed for specific projects. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Forklift certification is advantageous but not required; training may be provided. Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing production needs.
