In this entry-level role, you will be responsible for building the high-performance automotive parts that our customers rely on. This position requires someone who enjoys working with their hands, has a natural mechanical aptitude, and finds satisfaction in executing repetitive tasks with extreme precision. We provide full training, making this a perfect opportunity for a meticulous perfectionist to get their foot in the door of the automotive aftermarket industry. Primary Responsibilities Core Assembly & Manufacturing:
Assemble high-quality automotive performance products, including oil thermostats, oil filter mounts, and custom hose assemblies. Build hardware kits, construct boxes, and neatly package finished products for retail sale. Safely operate and monitor laser engraving machines to mark components. Maintain a steady production pace to ensure an adequate inventory of assembled products is always kept on the shelves for daily orders.
Quality Control & Testing:
Perform strict quality control (QC) inspections and test procedures on components and assembled products before they are stocked. Identify, document, and report any defective components or assembly errors. Accurately track completed Manufacturing Orders (MOs) and inspections using our inventory software.
Warehouse & Cross-Training:
Assist with receiving incoming stock: count, label, inspect, and bin components into their proper locations. Cross-train in the Shipping & Receiving department to assist with picking and packing orders during peak times. Maintain a clean, safe, and highly organized workspace in accordance with 5S Workplace Standards.
Qualifications & Requirements Experience:
No prior experience is required; we will provide comprehensive training.
Mechanical Aptitude:
You must be naturally good at working with your hands, using basic hand tools, and understanding how mechanical parts fit together. Focus on
Repetition:
Must be highly comfortable performing repetitive, hands-on assembly work throughout the day without losing focus or quality. Attention to
Detail:
An extremely high standard for accuracy. Perfectionists are highly encouraged to apply!
Tech-Savvy:
Basic computer proficiency and typing skills are required to interact with our manufacturing and inventory software.
Team Player:
High sense of accountability, able to perform duties reliably with little direction once fully trained.
