Position Summary The Resin Infusion Technician is responsible for preparing, mixing, and monitoring resin systems used in the manufacturing process. This role ensures materials are properly measured, equipment operates correctly, and production meets established quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and mix resin materials according to specifications and environmental conditions
- Measure and verify chemical components to ensure proper formulation
- Operate and monitor resin mixing and infusion equipment
- Inspect hoses, mixers, filters, and related components for proper function
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of mixing equipment
- Identify and report inconsistencies in materials or processes
- Maintain accurate documentation of production and material usage
- Handle and store hazardous materials in accordance with safety standards
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S)
- Follow all PPE and workplace safety requirements Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required
- 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or production environment preferred Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with chemical mixing or composite materials
- Basic mechanical aptitude for operating machinery Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office preferred)
- Ability to work safely with chemicals and equipment Work Environment
- Manufacturing environment involving chemical handling
- Requires adherence to safety standards and PPE use
