Shift:
Monday•Thursday | 6:30 AM•5:00 PM (Some Fridays as needed) 2nd
Shift:
Monday•Wednesday | 4:45 PM•6:45 AM (Includes a 1-hour lunch! Some Fridays as needed) What You'll Do As a core member of our manufacturing team, you will keep production moving safely and efficiently by: Running the
Line:
Operating and adjusting high-tech paper converting machinery, including flexo presses , cutting, and finishing equipment.
Precision Setup:
Calibrating and setting up machines for distinct production runs while keeping quality control front and center.
Preventative Maintenance:
Conducting routine equipment inspections to troubleshoot and catch potential issues early.
Material Logistics:
Safely operating forklift trucks to transport raw materials and finished packaging goods across the facility.
Safety First:
Diligently following lockout/tagout and machine guarding protocols to keep yourself and your team safe.
What We Are Looking For Experience:
3+ years of manufacturing machine operation (Required) .
The Blueprint Eye:
Ability to read a tape measure precisely down to the 1/32nd of an inch (Required) .
Bonus Skills:
Prior experience with prepress workflows, material layout, or forklift operation/safety certifications is a major plus!
Mindset:
A strong troubleshooter who works well independently or as part of a fast-paced team. What's In It For You?
