Machine Operators - Industrial Manufacturing

Now hiring experienced Machine Operators to work for a Cable-Manufacturing facility in Milton, FL. The Machine Operators work in various departments: Screening/Stranding ; Jacketing ; Take-Up ; & WTEC ( Wire Technician). All eligible candidates MUST have the willingness to learn the company's process. Previous experience as a Machine Operator is required, but it does not have to be on this specific machinery. Any experience with wire drawing and/or spool reels is a plus. Our company is fast expanding, future looking, and a continuous innovator across the energy market. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Safely operate the variousmachinerythat isused in ourcable manufacturing facility. Read/interpret/understand blueprints and/or drawings (including symbols, material type, and material shape). Setting up the screening and/or stranding machines independently from a selection of tooling options:set-up,pay-off,take-up; setting running parameters; consistently monitor the QUALITY of product. Familiar with using/operating electronic screens for controlling the screening or stranding process (Human Machine Interface). Good mechanical skills with the ability to handle and move heavy reels of products. Must maintain a consistent log of production AND quality per company systems & standards. Maintain safe operations by adhering to company safety procedures and policies.

EXPERIENCE

At least 1 year as a manufacturing Machine Operator (or as a CNC Operator) is preferred but NOT required . At least 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing/machining environment is preferred but NOT required .

EDUCATION

High school Diploma (or equivalent) is preferred but NOT required .

REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to pass adrug test. Must have Steel-toed boots. Must have

RELIABLE

transportation to Milton FL. Must completea pre-employment (level-1) background check.

PAY:

Position starts at: $15/hr.

• $18/hr.
• Depending on level of Experience (with the opportunity to increase over-time)

SCHEDULE

Full-Time Currently Hiring for BOTH Day & Night Shift

• All shifts are 12-hr's Day Shift = 7:30am
• 7:30pm Night Shift = 7:30pm
• 7:30am
• Expect to work at least 60 hours per week
• (ALL hours worked over 40-hrs will be paid at "Time-and-a-Half") TEL Staffing complies with regulations enforced by the EEOC. This position is Temp-to-Hire. No benefits are offered during the Temp period.
