The ideal candidate will operate mixing, blending, and filling equipment while strictly following procedures to ensure consistent, high-quality products. This role requires working in a gowned production setting and maintaining a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor mixing, blending, and filling equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs). Maintain compliance with GMP/FDA regulations at all times. Ensure products meet quality and consistency standards throughout the production process. Work in a gowned production environment, following all safety and hygiene protocols. Document production activities accurately, including batch records, logs, and equipment checks. Perform routine cleaning, sanitation, and preventive maintenance of production equipment. Report any equipment malfunctions, deviations, or quality issues to the supervisor immediately. Assist with inventory management and material handling as needed.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in a GMP/FDA-regulated manufacturing environment preferred. Comfortable working in a gowned production setting with strict hygiene and safety requirements. Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures. Ability to follow written instructions and maintain accurate documentation. Capable of lifting and handling materials safely in a fast-paced environment. #Pro123
