Job Description
Our client, an industry leader in aluminum manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Packers and Machine Operator Packers to join their team. As a Machine Operator Packer, you will be part of the Industrial department supporting production and packing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

2nd shift, Mon-Fri 3:00pm to 11:00pm with OT and some Saturdays What's the Job? While working in the Cut to Length (CTL) production area, perform machine operating, quality assurance and packing duties. Monitor production machines and obtain first piece approval before completing lot runs Select proper materials for packing based on product specifications and requirements Use electric pallet jacks to move boxed products safely and efficiently Follow safety protocols What's Needed? Prior machine operating and product packing experience preferred but not required Physical ability to lift up to 25 lbs frequently (50 lbs occasionally) Ability to work in in non-A/C warehouse Good communication skills to collaborate with team members Willing to learn how to operate electric pallet jacks safely and effectively Adhere to PPE requirements to include steel toed shoes What's in it for me?
