Felizia Martinez The Assembly Operator position is responsible for performing standard assembly duties while supporting the operation of the newly integrated robotic devices. Partners in this role will assist in the development and follow operating procedures, ensuring basic robot operation, loading/unloading, and smooth operation between handheld and automated processes. It is a mid-level role that requires strong hand skill, attention to detail, and the ability to work safely in an automated mechanical environment.
Primary Duties:
Manual Assembly Follow detailed assembly instructions, procedures, and procedures. Read and understand the production documentation and build the products to specifications. Align materials and assemble parts accurately and consistently. Report any issues related to quality, processes, equipment, or materials to the production supervisor. Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe workplace to support efficient manufacturing activities. Comply with all company policies, guidelines and regulatory requirements as specified by Ideal Deals, LLC. Robot-Assisted Assembly Support the operation of the robotic tools used to automate parts of the assembly process. Load and unload materials, parts, or components into the robot workshop as instructed. Monitor the robot's basic operations and report anomalies, errors, or glitches. Perform simple, routine tasks related to installing the robot (e.g., preparing materials, presenting parts). Follow all safety procedures for working in an automated equipment environment. Cooperate with advanced operators and technicians who perform advanced robotics programming or maintenance.
Qualifications:
A willingness to learn and use robotic/automated tools. Ability to read string gauges. He prefers basic English speaking and reading skills. Understanding quality control principles. Good hand-eye coordination. Excellent oral communication skills. Patience and the ability to train in a teaching way. The truck experience is even better.
Physical Requirements:
Up to 95 percent of the shift involves long walks. Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull items weighing 45 pounds.
