Machine Operator:

• + Set up and operate production machines and equipment + Monitor machines for malfunctions + Inspect products for defects + Pack product for shipping + Maintain a safe and clean workspace + Set up production machinery to cut flexible shaft + Use small hydraulic presses to attach metal fittings to shafts + Inspect products using micrometer and calipers + Enter results in database

• Job requirements:
• + Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for employment with PeopleReady + Manufacturing production machinery experience preferred, but not required + Quality conscious and possess ability to meet production and quality standards + Ability to multitask, show flexibility, and have great attention to detail + High school diploma/GED required, Trade School or Associate degree a plus + Good communication skills (verbal and written) + Basic math and computer skills required + Mechanically inclined + At least 2 years mechanical assembly experience and/or training or equivalent combination of education and experience + Ability to read blueprints desired + Background check and Drug test required •Ready to take control of the way you work?
