Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Cutting and Printer Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating a mix of laser cutting machines and UV printers to produce high-quality printed acrylic components while ensuring adherence to safety standards and production specifications. Requirements:

Multi-tasking; manage multiple machines efficiently while maintaining quality checks on parts. Basic maths skills; for accurate measurements and calculations. Computer literacy; to log parts, track jobs, and manage production data. Ability to work independently; manage time and responsibilities effectively with minimal supervision. Previous warehouse experience; familiarity with production or manufacturing environments. Problem solving skills Candidates must meet the position requirements and demonstrate a willingness to perform daily tasks with care, efficiently, consistency, and professionalism. We will provide some training individualized to our business. Key Responsibilities Operate laser cutting machines with precision and efficiency to meet production goals. Load and unload acrylic sheets and ensure correct material handling. Operate large format UV printers efficiently to meet production goals. Use computer-based manufacturing and inventory software systems to accurately log data. Conduct quality inspections of finished products to ensure compliance with company standards. Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting of laser and printer machines. Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and improve efficiency. Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organised work area. Qualifications Excellent understanding of the English language, both written and verbal. Familiarity with sheet acrylic fabrication processes or large format printing are a plus. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. This is a warehouse position where you will spend most of your time on your feet, handling acrylic materials of various sizes.
