Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Print Shop Associate to join our dynamic team with Listing Power Tools. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in our production process, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position requires a blend of technical skills and attention to detail, making it perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Impose, print, and finish printed marketing material for in-house mail, drop shipments, and distribution warehouse Monitor print jobs while they are processing (quality, paper, timelines) Assist management with records of productivity, logs, maintenance, and repairs Remove printed materials from digital printers, by hand or using hand carts to transport them to off-line finishing Ability to quickly recognize and assess a problem and effectively communicate solutions to management Operate print and finishing equipment Examine job orders to determine details such as quantities to be printed, production times, stock specifications, quality and deadlines Strong capacity to multitask to complete time-sensitive mail jobs, pivot from one job product to the next Adjust printer, trays, supplies for equipment, clean and make adjustment to equipment daily
Requirements:
Must be able to work regular business hours (Monday through Friday, current openings for 12pm-8:30pm ET, occasional weekends and after regular business hours depending on business demands Basic knowledge of office software programs, and ability to adapt and learn new technologies pertaining to digital printers and finishers Experience with Fiery is a plus Speaking multiple languages is a plus Be able to regularly lift 50lbs Able to work in a fast paced, teamwork centric environment
