Full Job Description Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable Machine Operator to set up and operate production machinery. You'll ensure efficient production while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. As a team player, you'll work closely with co-workers to maximize efficiency and ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:
Assemble products, parts, and components according to work instructions and blueprints. Operate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently. Inspect finished products to ensure quality standards are met. Package completed products for shipment. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Report equipment issues, defects, or production concerns to supervisors. Meet daily production goals and deadlines. Assist with inventory and material handling as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience preferred but not required. Ability to use basic hand and power tools. Strong attention to detail and quality. Ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Reliable attendance and strong work ethic. Bilingual Fluent in English and Spanish Ability to work independently and as part of a team. IND-EL
