Job Description

Machine Operator / Floater - 2nd or 3rd shift
Responsibilities:
Operate slitting machines and support production line operations Perform packing, general warehouse duties, and loading/unloading of trucks Conduct quality control checks and maintain accurate production documentation
Requirements:
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as bending, stooping, squatting, and reaching Strong attention to detail Dependable and reliable work ethic Flexibility to work varying shifts in a 24-hour, Sunday-Friday operation Willingness to adapt to changing schedules (flex schedule preferred) Demonstrates leadership qualities and a proactive, self-motivated approach Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
