Job Description

Responsibilities:
Accurately count and record products by category Enter inventory results into Excel and the inventory database Identify and flag any non‑conforming product (e.g., incorrect code, label issues, short fill, missing carton, leaks) Assign orders to shipping associates using load‑out sheets Review available product by code date—both visually and electronically—to ensure proper product rotation Ensure all products are assembled in the staging area for loading Direct trailer movement throughout the load‑out period Prepare paperwork for the oncoming shift Complete all required documentation and scheduled product checks Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work area Follow all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) Follow all safety and security policies and procedures Always wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) Comply with all food safety and quality system requirements, including regulatory, customer, and Safe Quality Foods (SQF) standards Maintain reliable attendance and consistent work hours Supports team and organizational goals through additional duties as required
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required Forklift and/or pallet jack certification as provided by the company. Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel, preferred Experience in refrigerated warehouses and shipping environments preferred Ability to remain focused and prioritize tasks during peak demand periods with multiple requests from associates and managers Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English; capable of performing basic mathematical calculations and accurately recording data. Bilingual skills are beneficial. Ability and willingness to work overtime, weekends, holidays, and various shifts as required. Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
Physical Demands:
