Job Description

Machine Operator - Winter Haven, FL $18/hr | Monday-Friday 3pm -11:30pm | Some Saturdays Required Now hiring for a Machine Operator position in a manufacturing environment. Looking for dependable candidates who are mechanically inclined and comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting.
Responsibilities include:
Operating and monitoring production machinery Measuring materials and performing basic quality checks Assisting with machine setup and troubleshooting Performing basic maintenance and keeping work areas clean Using hand and power tools as needed Supporting production goals and team workflow Ideal candidates may have experience in: Manufacturing or production Machine operation Maintenance or mechanical work Construction, fabrication, warehouse, or automotive environments Bilingual; English and Spanish Must be reliable, safety-minded, and able to work on your feet in an industrial setting. Pay starts at $18/hr.
