Roles and Responsibilities:

Efficiently pack food products while ensuring package seals and code dates are correct. Load pouches into caddies in a systematic manner. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Utilize hydraulic pallet jacks safely and effectively. Collaborate with leads, managers, and maintenance to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to all company-required PPE protocols for a safe working environment. Clean equipment thoroughly at the end of runs and during scheduled clean-ups.

Qualifications & Skills:

Ability to stand for 3-4-hour intervals with frequent repetitive motions. Capable of reaching above, at, and below shoulder level. Comfortable working around machinery and exposure to loud noise. Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork. Commitment to maintaining product integrity and quality.
