In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the preparation, operation, and monitoring of batch processing equipment to ensure efficient production of high-quality products. Duties Set up, operate, and monitor batch processing equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) Ensure accurate measurement and mixing of raw materials for each batch Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify any malfunctions or deviations from quality standards Record all process parameters, observations, and adjustments accurately in logs and reports Collaborate with quality control teams to perform sampling and testing during production runs Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and environmental regulations Troubleshoot minor equipment issues promptly to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation Requirements Minimum of two years' experience as a Batch Operator or in a similar manufacturing role involving batch processing Strong understanding of process control, safety protocols, and quality assurance standards Ability to read and interpret technical documents, SOPs, and process diagrams Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in measurements and recordkeeping Good communication skills for effective teamwork and reporting Ability to stand for extended periods, lift moderate weights, and work in a physically demanding environment Basic proficiency with computers for data entry and reporting purposes Join us if you're passionate about manufacturing excellence!
