Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Corrugator Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this vital role, you will operate and oversee the corrugator machine, which transforms raw paper materials into high-quality corrugated sheets used for packaging and shipping. Your expertise will ensure efficient production, maintain quality standards, and uphold safety protocols. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, innovative environment where precision and teamwork drive success. Key Responsibilities Operate and adjust machinery to produce high-quality corrugated sheets at maximum speed with minimal waste. Inspect units and finished products for quality defects and optimal product presentation Ensure proper tagging, and handling of units Communicate with team members via radio to coordinate production and maintain product quality. Follow all safety procedures, including wearing appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE), maintain a safe, clean work area. Work effectively and efficiently to meet production deadlines. Perform quality checks throughout the production process, ensuring packaging standards are met and defects are addressed immediately. Maintain accurate production logs, shift reports, and equipment maintenance records.
