Forming Machine Operator Description:

Load, operate, and adjust multi-slide stamping/forming machines and auxiliary equipment (e.g., uncoiler, leveler, feeder) Set up and operate slide forming production machines (Zub and Bihler brand experience a plus) Adjust machine settings to ensure accuracy, speed, and quality Perform basic troubleshooting and preventative maintenance on machines and tools Install and remove dies and tooling Conduct quality checks and record inspection results per SOPs Clear jams and make machine adjustments as needed Read blueprints and interpret metric specifications Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow all safety procedures Communicate effectively with team members and shift supervisors High School Diploma or GED required Take the next step in your career with a direct hire opportunity offering stability, growth, and great benefits. !
