Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as an Assembly Operator and become a vital part of creating high-quality products in a fast-paced factory environment. As an Assembly Operator, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient operations, maintaining safety standards, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. Duties Assemble components and products accurately using hand tools, power tools, and mechanical knowledge. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely to move materials within the manufacturing facility. Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards to ensure product consistency and excellence. Conduct inspections of assembled parts for defects or inconsistencies, making adjustments as needed. Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency on the assembly line. Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and troubleshoot assembly issues promptly. Assist in inventory management by accurately tracking parts and materials used during assembly.
