Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packout Operator - Shrink Wrap Operator to join our team in Cartersville, GA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our products are securely packaged and ready for shipment. If you have a knack for operating machinery and a commitment to quality, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Operate shrink wrap machinery to package products efficiently and securely. Inspect packaged products for quality assurance and adherence to specifications. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns to the supervisor. Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment is a plus. Ability to operate machinery and follow detailed instructions. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Good communication skills and ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Physical ability to lift and move packages as needed. Flexibility to work various shifts, including overtime if required.
