Significant overtime currently available Position Overview We are currently hiring Machine Operators for a fast-paced manufacturing facility in Conyers, GA. This is a great opportunity to join a growing company with long-term potential. Candidates must be dependable, safety-focused, and comfortable working 12-hour shifts in a production environment. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery safely and efficiently Follow all safety procedures, maintain awareness of surroundings, and promote a culture of safety among team members Comply with all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) guidelines Assist with machine setup, adjustments, and minor maintenance tasks Support production start-up by preparing and loading materials (rolls, ink, or other raw materials) Use touch screen controls to operate equipment Package finished products by boxing, bagging, or preparing for shipment Perform first-piece inspections and ongoing quality checks to ensure product meets standards Identify and remove defective products and report any issues or process changes Maintain accurate product counts while keeping pace with production demands Assist with additional production and operational tasks as needed Qualifications Previous machine operating or manufacturing experience preferred Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-production environment Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Experience with touch screen machinery controls is a plus Strong attention to detail and quality Team player with a strong work ethic and commitment to safety Why ?
