$20.25/hr
Shift:

Gain hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing machinery and processes. What's a typical day as Assembly/Packaging Operator 1? You'll be: Supporting the Manufacturing Assembly area by executing tasks according to defined standards and procedures under direct supervision. Setting up, troubleshooting, and operating strip polishing machinery and related equipment. Completing cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and efficient working environment. Installing components of in-process products, assemblies, or sub-assemblies on the assembly line. Recording daily production and assembly data for performance analysis. Using measurement and inspection devices (microscopes, optical comparators, dial indicators, scales, micrometers) for process sampling and testing. Performing spool completion activities and monitoring processes with CIM (Computer Integrated Manufacturing System). Conducting heat treatment and voltage checks on surgical products. Building competency with routine machinery and participating in cross-training for various operator functions. This job might be an outstanding fit if you: Have experience in manufacturing assembly or operator roles (preferred but not required). Are comfortable working in a structured, procedure-driven environment with direct supervision. Demonstrate attention to detail and commitment to quality, safety, and timeliness. Can use or are willing to learn measurement and inspection tools such as microscopes, dial indicators, and micrometers. Are available for rotating shifts and able to adapt to workplace requirements.
