Job Description

Job Summary:
Cut Table Utility responsible for wrapping rolls for the cut table. 1.0 TURN
EQUIPMENT ON FOR DAY
Get any supplies or tool ready for the day 2.0 DAILY
PROCEDURES
Label all rolls processed by the cut table. Hand Measure (using tape measure) once a day to ensure accuracy of cut table meter. Document in log and turn into Quality Control. Ensure all roll balances are measured that ships Inspect roll of any defect and notify Lead of any quality issues Core and Wrap finished goods 3.0 TRIM/VELCRO/SPLITTING Assist with trim, Velcro, and splitting process from the direction of Lead 5.0 END
OF DAY PROCEDURES
Make sure machines and equipment is shut off and unplugged Blow out Cut Table Clean up work area Maintenance on Cut Table (Blades and Roller wrap) Responsible for additional duties and accountabilities that will be assigned as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities:
Organizational skills and attention to detail Certified to operate a lift truck in a safe manor
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of standing and using your hands.
