Role:
Join Connect Staffing Agency of Georgia as a Warper Operator on the 1st shift in Dalton, GA! In this exciting role, you'll play a crucial part in the textile manufacturing process, ensuring quality and efficiency while working with a dedicated team.
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM Occasionally Fridays just depends on the orders
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor warping machines to produce high-quality yarns. Set up and adjust equipment based on production specifications. Inspect finished products for quality assurance and compliance. Maintain accurate production records and logs. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment. Assist in training new employees on machine operations.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred. Previous experience in textile manufacturing (Warper Operatior). Ability to operate machinery and understand technical specifications. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment. Basic mechanical skills for machine maintenance. Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
