Laser Machine Operator- Granite Memorials

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled reliable Laser Machine Operator to join our team, specializing in laser etching granite memorials. The ideal candidate will have experience handling heavy stone materials and operating equipment in a production environment. Key Responsiblities Operate laser engraving/ etching machines for granite memorials Safely handle, move and position granite memorials Uncrate and Crate memorial with care to prevent damage Operate a forklift to transport materials within the facility Band and secure pallets for shipping Learn and accurately identify stock codes for granite products Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines Qualifications Experience operating laser machines (preferred: training available for the right canditdate) Forklift operation experience required (Certification prefered) Experience handling granite or similar heavy materials strongly preferred Knowledge of crating/ uncrating and pallet banding Ability to lift heavy material and work in a physically demanding environment Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Dependable, safety-conscious, and team oriented Additional requirements Ability to stand for extended periods Good Communication skills Willingness to learn company-specific processes and stock codes

Pay:

$20.00 - $23.00 per hour
