Schedule:

Monday - Friday | 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Lots of overtime potential) About the Role We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Guillotine Operator to join our paper recycling team in Duluth. This is an entry-level manufacturing position where you will play a key role in processing materials for recycling. You will be responsible for operating industrial cutting machinery to trim and size paper, poster board, and cardboard to specific requirements. Key Responsibilities Operate an industrial guillotine paper cutter safely and efficiently. Feed materials (paper, cardboard, poster board) into the machine according to job specs. Ensure all cuts are precise and meet quality standards. Perform basic machine troubleshooting and routine maintenance. Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety. Collaborate with the production team to meet daily recycling goals. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience:

Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly line environment is a plus.

Physical:

Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs (paper bundles can be heavy).

Reliability:

Must have dependable transportation and a track record of excellent attendance.

Safety Mindset:

Ability to follow strict safety protocols around heavy machinery.

Compensation / Pay

Rate (Up to): $16.00 - $16.00 Per Hour
