Here is your Openwork framework job ad: Bilingual Machine Operator
- Griffin, GA Openwork is currently engaged in a search to find a dependable Bilingual Machine Operator in Griffin, GA.
IN A BILINGUAL MACHINE OPERATOR JOB YOU'LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
- Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery to meet production goals
- Setting up equipment and adjusting machine settings as needed
- Performing quality inspections on finished products to ensure specifications are met
- Loading raw materials and removing finished products from production lines
- Identifying and reporting equipment issues or production concerns
- Completing production paperwork and maintaining accurate records
- Following all safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area
- Assisting with basic troubleshooting and preventive maintenance activities
- Communicating effectively in both English and Spanish with team members and supervisors
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required—we train!
- Ability to read and follow work instructions and production specifications
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds as needed
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Commitment to workplace safety and teamwork
