Lyons, Ga. 30436
Pay:
$14.50/hour
Shift:
Sunday Wednesday | 8:00 PM 6:30 AM Some Thursdays may be required Overtime may be required Job Summary The Thaw Room Attendant is responsible for properly receiving, racking, thawing, and transferring products according to company standards and safety requirements. Daily Responsibilities Receive packing schedule from supervisor Rack all loins per pallet number and species Label racks with species information from pallet tags Roll loins into thawing area according to fish type Record thawing racks according to thawing temperatures Remove racks to chill room once thawing is complete Perform additional duties as assigned Follow all company policies and safety requirements Return company-issued thawing gloves at end of shift Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 1 year of manufacturing experience Ability to read, write, and speak English Able to write legibly Ability to push/pull heavy racks (up to 750 lbs.) Comfortable working in a wet environment Must be flexible to work any shift, overtime, and/or weekends Benefits SelecSource offers medical, vision, and dental benefits after 30 days of employment.
