Job Description
Duties:
- Operate and maintain machinery used in the production process.
- Set up and calibrate equipment for production runs.
- Assemble parts and perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Handle materials and use hand tools to complete tasks.
- Package finished products for shipment or distribution.
- Weld or solder parts as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
- Work with tooling and SolidWorks to design and improve production processes.
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in basic math skills, including measurements and calculations.
- Experience with materials handling, hand tools, and assembly processes.
- Familiarity with welding or soldering techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Experience with quality control procedures and documentation.
