Job Description

Machine Operator Technician Manufacturing/Production Mansfield , GA Start your new career as a Machine Operator Technician with MAU with our client in Mansfield, GA. As a Machine Operator Technician, you will perform maintenance, troubleshoot equipment, and support production processes to ensure quality and efficiency.

What We're Looking For:
High school diploma preferred Minimum of 5 years of mechanical and electrical experience Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to work independently and lead others when needed Advanced computer skills Flexibility to work various shifts as required What You'll Do as a
Machine Operator Technician:
Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment Monitor and adjust production processes for quality and productivity Set up and operate production equipment, including changeovers Ensure compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) Troubleshoot and repair equipment, devices, or product issues Support supervisory duties when needed Perform production and quality control tasks as assigned Participate in 6S standards and lean manufacturing initiatives Contribute to continuous improvement programs Follow quality standards, including
ISO 9001
2015 requirements Complete additional duties assigned by management Patrol and monitor production jobs throughout the shift
