Lead Cleaning Technician (Team Lead / Field Support) Augusta Housekeeping | Part-Time | Growth Opportunity Our mission: Serve others, work hard, have fun, and clean with excellence. We're hiring a Lead Cleaning Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work, leads by example, and is ready to step into a leadership position in the field. You will work alongside a team while also helping guide job flow, maintain quality standards, and support team performance. What You'll Do Perform detailed residential and light commercial cleaning (top to bottom, left to right, touching every surface) Lead by example on job sites and help keep the team on pace Support team members with training, direction, and accountability Ensure consistent quality using company checklists and systems Communicate with management regarding job progress, concerns, or needs Identify and report any damages, issues, or client requests Help create a positive, professional experience for both clients and teammates What We're Looking For Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Strong work ethic and positive attitude Natural leadership ability (or proven leadership experience preferred) Ability to take initiative and problem-solve on the job Comfortable giving direction and supporting a team Cleaning/housekeeping experience preferred but not required
