In this hands-on role, you'll support safe, efficient production by operating and maintaining packaging and processing equipment while ensuring our products meet quality and food safety standards. This is an on-site, 12-hour shift (5:00AM to 5:00PM OR 5:00 PM
- 5:00 AM) working as part of a collaborative production team.
The starting hourly pay rate for this position is $20.00 per hour, plus a $0.50 shift differential for night shifts. You'll gain valuable mechanical experience, exposure to advanced manufacturing equipment, and opportunities to grow your skills within a stable, team-focused environment. A Taste of What You'll Be Doing Operating Production & Packaging Equipment
- Operate packaging, feeding, and production machinery in accordance with safety, quality, and production standards to manufacture finished products. Packaging & Material Feeding
- Prepare, feed, and pack finished goods following prescribed packaging procedures to ensure product quality and accuracy. Monitoring Machine Performance
- Ensure equipment is stocked, running at full capacity, and operating efficiently through routine checks and product inspections. Mechanical Troubleshooting & Maintenance
- Perform basic mechanical adjustments, sanitization, and routine maintenance to support reliable equipment performance. Following Safety & GMP Standards
- Prepare equipment for production while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices and all safety requirements.
We're Looking for Someone With Demonstrated mechanical aptitude with the ability to operate, troubleshoot, and maintain manufacturing or packaging equipment Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds at or above waist height Willingness and availability to work overnight shifts, including overtime and holidays as required Ability to follow detailed verbal and written instructions Commitment to working safely in a food manufacturing environment Consistent and reliable attendance is essential for this role What's Next Applications for this position will be accepted through May 31st, 2026.
