Job Description

Job OverviewThe Statesboro Herald is hiring a entry-level, full-time Press Assistant.
Key Details Pay:
$11.00 per hour.
Experience:
None required (entry-level).
Schedule:
Monday to Thursday, 11:00 AM - 12:00 AM (Fridays as needed). Core Responsibilities Catch papers coming off the press. Stack paper bundles onto carts. Weigh paper products. Assist the primary press operator. Perform other duties after initial training. Physical & Skill Requirements Stand for long periods during press operations. Lift up to 50 pounds. Push heavy carts. Demonstrate basic math skills. Follow instructions reliably. Maintain excellent daily attendance.
