Job Description

Manufacturing Operator - Day Shift A growing manufacturer in Suwanee, GA is seeking a dependable Manufacturing Operator to keep its production floor running smoothly. This hands-on role puts you in the middle of the action — supporting machines, packaging quality products, and helping the team hit its goals every shift. Shift of the
Manufacturing Operator:
5AM-5PM (2 days on, 2 days off and 3 days on) Pay Rate of the

$18.25/hr Responsibilities of the
Manufacturing Operator:
Assist and support production machines and processes, including kitting and packing parts. Ensure materials are packaged according to customer and product specifications. Confirm finished packaging meets all customer quality requirements. Complete quality documentation accurately and legibly at the appropriate stages of production. Resolve nonconforming material by following established procedures for identification, quarantine, and disposition. Document process and product data in the ERP system, along with any customer-required reporting. Comply with all safety rules and immediately report unsafe conditions to the appropriate supervisor or lead. Monitor material quality during handling and processing. Label and organize materials and packaging supplies, returning excess supplies to designated storage areas. Keep machines and work areas clean, stocked, and organized at all times. Identify lean manufacturing and process improvement opportunities. Communicate clearly during shift overlaps to keep production moving. Qualifications of the
Manufacturing Operator:
High school diploma or GED. Ability to read and understand complex work instructions. Basic computer and math skills. Self-motivated with strong attention to detail. Team-oriented mindset. Ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds (location dependent). Ability to work on government contracts. Knowledge of manufacturing processes is preferred. Manufacturing Operators Apply Today!
