Job Summary:

The set-up tech provides proper assembling of new equipment and basic servicing of rental equipment. Must comprehend set up manuals. Must be able to walk, bend, and lift up to 50lbs unassisted. Must be able or willing to learn how to operate farm machinery and construction equipment. This position serves as a gateway for someone with limited experience to become a full spectrum technician in our shop working on equipment.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma/GED One (1) year minimum mechanic experience

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

Mandatory skills and experience pertaining to maintain farm equipment, lawn equipment, and construction equipment Ability to perform general maintenance on farm equipment, lawn equipment, construction equipment, and powersport vehicles. Basic understanding of operation of farm equipment, lawn equipment, construction equipment, and powersport vehicles.

MUST PROVIDE OWN BASIC

TOOLS, Specialty tools will be provided. Salary will be based on knowledge and experience. Health, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance , 401K Benefits offered.
