Responsible for compliance with company HR and Safety Policies. Responsible for compliance with manufacturing housekeeping and 5S procedures at all times while in the facility. Must abide by all rules and regulations to protect Toyo's asset. Position Duties and Responsibilities Take an active part in material movement, receiving and storing product in mixing. Assists TNA by overusing movement and storage of rail and oil cars, as well as, maintain carbon and oil levels in the silos. Operate and control equipment. This may include Track Switches, Oil Cars, Rail Cars, Track mobile, etc. Refuel track mobile safely Maintain Carbon and oil at appropriate levels for the plant to operate Verify all carbon has completed appropriate lab testing before releasing into the silos. Communicate and coordinate with co-workers about rail moves and paperwork. Responsible for compliance with company HR and Safety Policies. Responsible for compliance with manufacturing housekeeping and 5S procedures at all times while in the facility. Rail Operators Abide by all safety rules and procedures Follow all Work Instructions Complete Daily Inspection form of Track Mobile and alert supervisor if any defects are noted Receiving / Material Handling Depending on daily assignment, take an active part in material movement, receiving and storing product in mixing and receiving warehouses. Assist NOTS Supervisors in ensuring proper care and maintenance of equipment by completing daily checklists and reporting all damages or issues immediately. Unload and reload trucks; complete 7-point container inspections. Verify and inspect that all material being transported is secured.
