Responsibilities Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on machines Adhere to all safety protocols and policies while operating equipment Diagnose and troubleshoot machine malfunctions Maintain accurate production logs and reports Collaborate with team members to enhance production efficiency Assist in training new operators on machinery and best practices High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree preferred Proven experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills Familiarity with operating various types of machinery and tools Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals Excellent attention to detail and dedication to quality Strong communication and teamwork skills
