IRP values a promote within policy driven by career development and broadening skill sets Description As a Summer Assembly Worker, you will be responsible for assembling high-quality products, including coolers, carts, and kiosks, ensuring they meet company standards for durability and performance. This position involves working with tools, equipment, and assembly instructions. Essential Functions Read, follow, and interpret work orders, blueprints, and assembly instructions. Construct, assemble, and install parts using various hand and power tools. Retrieve and prepare materials for assembly, ensuring accuracy and quality. Apply various graphics onto assembled products. Conduct quality inspections during and after assembly. Complete final product cleaning and assist with packaging for shipping. Load and unload trailers, shipping trucks, and containers as needed. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
